An almost primitive connection draws humans to the water. Calming ripples lapping at the shore wash away concerns. The curiosity of what's over the horizon, accessible only by boat, lures one to the land's end. That indigenous appeal is the business model of The Reserve at Marina Palms, a luxury, high-rise condominium with the newest, private marina in South Florida.

With breathtaking water views, Marina Palms introduces a unique, yachting lifestyle with a boat club for residents of its new, affluent condo in vibrant North Miami Beach, FL. The boat club makes it easy for new, wannabe boaters to embrace yachting with vessels for their use. A two hour orientation is provided with captains recommended for charter.

With nearly every day of the year available for cruising South Florida's scenic, sunny waterways, Marina Palms is aiming to attract experienced yachtsmen and newbie boaters. Operated by US Marinas, the full-service marina provides 112-slips accommodating vessels from 40 to 100-feet. Offerings include four boats with a fleet of water toys, kayaks and jet skis, as well as a fuel dock, pump out station and a marina market convenience store.

Located on a lushly landscaped, 14-acre waterfront enclave with deepwater access to the Intracoastal Waterway, Marina Palms is just a 20 minute boat ride from the Atlantic Ocean. Situated on Maule Lake between Haulover Cut and historic Thunder Alley, the condominium and boat club include 750 linear feet of picturesque waterfront.

"Marina Palms Boat Club is introducing condo owners to the boating lifestyle," said Trey Clark, dockmaster. "We're changing one person at a time, teaching them about boating to become good boaters, not just boat owners. Already, 40 condo residents belong to our boat club. It's all about enjoying the lifestyle on the water."

The condo and marina were previously the site of Maule Lake Marina, home to charter fishermen renowned for fresh catch of tuna, amberjack, snapper, grouper and tarpon.

With designer units from Interiors by Steven G., the upscale residences with every modern amenity are marketed by One Sotheby's International Realty.
