Thor Enterprise, a general cargo vessel with a rated capacity of 42,529 deadweight ton (DWT) built in 1995.   The Vessel was sold to a company which is not a connected person of the Company by Thoresen Shipping Singapore, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

OIG Group Sells MV Blue Giant

 Bremen-based shipping company Harren & Partner announced the acquisition of the offshore construction vessel, MV Blue Giant for an undisclosed price from the English operator, OIG Group.  Harren & Partner’s Offshore Department, headed by Robert Fowler ([email protected]) will be responsible for managing the vessel.
